PENGENDALIAN PERSEDIAAN WARUNG MAKAN SUNDA CHICKEN BERDASARKAN METODE ECONOMIC ORDER QUANTITY

چکیده

Hasil penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu menganalisis manajemen persediaan pada warung makan Ayam Sunda. Selama penelitian, metode kualitatif diterapkan dengan melakukan wawancara langsung pemilik Sunda mendapatkan data yang digunakan dalam perhitungan persediaan. Berdasarkan wawancara, tersebut mengaku belum pernah pengelolaan Oleh karena itu, mencoba menghitung biaya pemesanan dan penyimpanan menggunakan EOQ, agar dapat mengelola persediaannya. menunjukkan bahwa EOQ meminimalkan Metode juga mengetahui jumlah frekuensi optimal. Hal dibuktikan setelah dilakukan perhitungan, terdapat perbedaan signifikan.
